By using our website or making a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Bookings

Tickets for our events and pick-your-own experiences must be booked through our official booking system where applicable.

Your booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully received and you have received a confirmation email.

Please check your booking carefully as mistakes cannot always be corrected.

3. Ticket Refunds and Transfers

Unless required by law:

• Tickets are non-refundable.
• Tickets cannot be exchanged for another date unless we choose to offer this as a gesture of goodwill.
• We reserve the right to cancel or amend events due to severe weather, safety concerns or circumstances beyond our control. Where this happens, we will explain the options available to affected customers.

Failure to attend your booked session does not entitle you to a refund.

4. Visiting Vale Pick Your Own

Visitors enter the farm at their own risk.

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Please:

• Follow all signage and staff instructions.
• Stay within designated public areas.
• Respect our crops, animals, equipment and other visitors.
• Keep dogs under control where dogs are permitted.

Anyone behaving in an unsafe, abusive or disruptive manner may be asked to leave without refund.

5. Pick Your Own Produce

Availability of fruit, pumpkins and other crops depends on weather, growing conditions and demand.

We cannot guarantee that every variety or crop will be available on every visit.

Prices are displayed on the day of your visit.

6. Café and Food

We aim to provide accurate allergy information wherever possible.

However, food is prepared in environments where allergens are present and we cannot guarantee that products are completely free from allergens.

Please speak to a member of staff before ordering if you have allergies.

7. Photography

Visitors are welcome to take photographs for personal use.

Commercial photography, filming or organised photo shoots require prior written permission.

By attending our events, you acknowledge that photographs or video may occasionally be taken for promotional purposes. If you would prefer not to appear, please let a member of staff know.

8. Website Information

We make every effort to ensure information on our website is accurate.

However, opening dates, produce availability, prices and activities may change without notice.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of the booking made with us.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
